Reformer
A 50-minute balanced and dynamic workout thatcombines controlled, flowing movements with moments of challenge and intensity. Our small class of 8 reformers offers personalized attention from experienced instructors. In this class, we focus on improving strength, flexibility, coordination, and body awareness.

Mat Pilates
A simple and effective full-body workout that will build strength, increase flexibility, and tone your body.
​
This 60-minute practice will help build a strong foundation for better posture and body awareness. Classes may include small resistance equipment.

All levels and abilities are welcome in this class, with modifications available for pregnant individuals and those with non-acute injuries.

Jumpboard Reformer
Reformer Jumpboard Pilates is an invigorating and dynamic workout that combines elements of Pilates with cardiovascular exercise. The jumpboard is attached to the end of the Reformer. During this class, you will perform a series of plyometric jumping exercises using the jumpboard which will work to elevate your heart rate, strengthen your legs and activate your core.
We do not recommend this class for anyone with injury or from second trimester of pregnancy.

Postnatal Pilates (mums & bubs)
This program is created to assist new mothers in resuming their exercise routine and recovering their strength and flexibility after giving birth. The program emphasizes the reconstruction of core strength, pelvic stability, and proper posture. It is also a fantastic opportunity for mothers to socialize, meet other mums, and potentially enjoy a cup of coffee after the class. Our studio is family-oriented, and your child is welcome, regardless of their age. To ensure that you and your fellow mums can focus on the class, we recommend bringing your little one's favourite thing to play with to keep your child occupied during the session (toys books or ipad). We will have some toys & books- so don’t stress if you forget! Please ensure you have medical clearance to exercise before joining these classes.

Yoga
This class is suited to every yogi practitioner, from beginner to beyond. Focusing on alignment and mindful transitions, this 60-minute class will balance strength and flexibility. Through the connection of movement and breath, you can expect to explore some energizing and creative sequences that will vary from teacher to teacher: each one bringing their unique style to the class. Our amazing teachers will look after you and meet you where you’re at.

Yin Yoga
Our Yin class is a slow-paced and mediative practice that focuses on deep stretching and relaxation and compliments a more dynamic exercise practice or lifestyle.
In this class, poses are held for 3 to 5 minutes to target the connective tissues and promote flexibility.
The goal of Yin Yoga is to release tension in the body, increase circulation to joints and muscles, and promote mindfulness.

Stretch & Release
This class is a relaxing and rejuvenating session focused on improving flexibility, relieving muscle tension, and the prevention of injuries. The class typically involves a series of gentle stretches and movements that help lengthen tights or shortened muscles, improve posture and joint mobility, and release built-up stress. Ultimately, this class will improve your body’s ability to function with less tension and restriction.

Surf Flow
This 60-minute class is for those who are looking to progress and deepen their surf practice. Both Yoga and Surfing are full body sports requiring strength, balance and flexibility. This practice will guide you through a series of poses that focus on lengthening and releasing muscles used in the surf and opening the chest, shoulders, and hips.

Meditation & Breathwork
Our 30-minute meditation class offers a peaceful and focused session to guide participants through a journey of mindfulness and relaxation. The class provides a comfortable and quiet environment for you to cultivate inner stillness and mental clarity. You’ll leave feeling calm, centered, and balanced.
